I read the book in the late 90's and tried/succeeded to implement the philisophy of all stakeholders are important instead of just the shareholders within the organisation I was leading at the time. Later when I was called back to the corporate office I could unfortunately not use it to the same extent, but also the bigger firms will come to understand it is the only way forward.
